Large male bust hand-carved in wood and covered in bronze-like bandages, with pedestal.
Description
Large sculpture mounted on a pedestal depicting a blindfolded male bust.
The bust was completely hand carved in wood and subsequently wrapped with a plaster bandage drapery. The characteristic finish that makes it similar in appearance to a bronze bust is made with oxidized copper leaf.
